A new toy for the hardwood flooring production line

Hardwood Flooring End matcher

Stepping it up a notch…Putting the finishing touches on the installation of a random length end matcher for our line of hardwood flooring at our Brazil factory. This end matcher can tongue and groove the ends of a 11,000 sq ft container of exotic hardwood flooring each shift. The machine also shuffles the boards back and forth to allow for random lengths up to 10’ without having to cut the pieces all to the same length like other end matchers do. This saves a lot of material when doing large volumes. We have containers of hardwood flooring in Cumaru, Tigerwood, Ipe, Massaranduba, Brazilian Cherry (Jatoba), and other Brazilian species lined up for production. If you need hardwood flooring let me know.
